Introduction to 1:1 Personal Training

Book now for an Introductory Package with Emma B Personal Training to get to know Emma B and trial a couple of 1:1 Personal Training Sessions. The Introductory Package includes a one hour Initial Consultation, where a health & fitness assessment will be carried out and your goals and aspirations discussed. This is followed up with two one hour Personal Training Sessions designed to your individual needs and help us work towards your Health & Fitness Goals. An opportunity to get a real taste of Personal Training and to see how Emma can help you without a huge financial commitment.

    Working with your partner, friend or colleague, 2:1 Training Sessions with Emma B are a great way of cutting the cost of personal training whilst still getting a programme that is tailored to both your needs. Working out with someone you care for can be a real motivator, giving you a ready made training buddy to help you on your health & fitness journey.

    Small Group Sessions

    You, Me & your Friends
    Emma B can offer private group sessions for you and upto 4 of your friends in the comfort of your own home or in a location of your choice. Sessions can be structured based on the needs of the group which would be discussed at an initial consultation with you and your friends.
